VIDEO: 49ers Run Wild Trick Play With Emmanuel Sanders Throwing TD as Score-Fest Continues vs Saints

Defense is apparently optional for this high-octane matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the San Francisco 49ers. After falling into a 27-14 hole, the 49ers busted out a crazy trick play that resulted in a touchdown. Emmanuel Sanders of all people ended up throwing the TD to Raheem Mostert to help the 49ers keep close to the Saints.

Everything about this is absurd. Sanders threw a dime off of his back foot with pressure in his face.
It's safe to say this game is living up to expectations.
