What's Aaron Donald's agility rating on Madden 20? 86? Might be time to bump that up a bit. While the 280 pound Los Angeles Rams Defensive Player of the Year is known for being strong as an ox, his calling card is his relentless explosion and athleticism. Even after piling up 20.5 sacks last season, Donald might actually be faster and a better pass rusher this season, if his footwork is anything to go by.

Donald has been the best defensive player in the league for two years in a row, but his loss in Super Bowl LIII to the New England Patriots has apparently motivated him to work on his body even more.
A picture of Donald sporting a cartoonishly chiseled physique went viral last week. Say a prayer for the NFC West lineman who have to face him twice a year.
