VIDEO: Aaron Hicks Comes Through With RBI Double in 10th to Help Yankees Defeat Indians

While the bullpen and Didi Gregorius' glove were determined to lose this game for the New York Yankees, outfielder Aaron Hicks put the team on his back and decided to do the whole thing by his damn self. In the 10th inning, Hicks ripped a double off of Indians reliever Oliver Perez -- yes, he's still pitching -- to once again restore the Yankees' lead at 7-6.

Hicks stumbled out of the gate after missing almost the first two months of the season with an injury, but is starting to round into form over the last couple series.

Healthy or not, Hicks has always had a penchant for the clutch, as he racked up his second go-ahead hit in extra innings while wearing a Yankees uniform.

With Boston and Tampa Bay hot on their trail, the Yankees needed a clutch hit like that from Hicks in the worst way. Stephen Tarpley closed it out for the Bombers in the bottom half of the inning and this one is in the books.
