VIDEO: Aaron Rodgers Embracing Cherry Starr and Brett Favre Will Give Packers Fans Chills
By Chris Pyo

During a halftime ceremony today, the Green Bay Packers honored legendary Packers quarterback Bart Starr, who passed away at the age of 85 earlier this year. Suffice to say, this interaction between Aaron Rodgers, Starr's widow Cherry and Brett Favre will give NFL fans chills.

That's an unbelievably legendary moment. We can tell that Ms. Starr is proud of Rodgers for continuing the legacy of great Packers QB's, not to mention how happy Favre appears to look after all the controversy he and Rodgers have dealt with over the years.
It was great to see the Starr family & all of the Packers alumni today. I would like to thank the fans for making Lambeau a true home field advantage! You all had a huge impact on this game! Lets keep it going next week! #GoPackGo

Starr played for the Packers for the entirety of his 16 year career, won five NFL championships (including the very first two Super Bowls) and was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 1977.

Rodgers himself had a relatively solid game against a tough Minnesota Vikings defense that was expected to give him fits. He posted a statline of 209 passing yards along with two touchdowns, resulting in a 101.2 QB rating and a 21-16 win.
It only makes sense that Rodgers had that clean of a performance in a game where Bart Starr was being honored. Props to the Packers for their performance and their willingness to honor their own history.
