VIDEO: Aaron Rodgers is Going to Screw the Packers Out of a First-Round Bye
By Sean Facey
The Green Bay Packers entered Week 17 with a first-round bye in their sights, with a win over the lowly Detroit Lions being enough to seal the deal. Things haven't gone smoothly in the Motor City though. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has struggled mightily for most of the game, and it could end up costing the team dearly.
Everything about his game has been off. He's been inaccurate with his passes and just seems to lack the crisp precision that usually defines his game.
He even tried a no-look pass like he was Patrick Mahomes, but he failed to hit his target for what would have been a touchdown. What's going on with Aaron today?
Midway through the third quarter, Rodgers has managed to complete just eight of his 23 passes for 113 yards. If he doesn't get his act together, the Lions' 17-3 lead might end up proving too large for even him to overcome.
