VIDEO: Alex Rodriguez Says He and Jennifer Lopez Have Been Doing 'Research' at Strip Clubs

Is there a celebrity couple in the world right now that is more untouchable than Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez? We're all ears, but we doubt you'll come up with a compelling response as to why these two aren't at the mountaintop. Never failing to make the headlines, the dynamic duo were back at it again on Monday afternoon when the former three-time AL MVP revealed that he and his flame have been doing extensive research... on strip clubs.

J-Lo is starring in the upcoming stripper film "Hustlers," and it appears that Alex is more than happy to help his boo get ready for the role by spending some time catching the vibes at any number of America's gentlemen's clubs.

“I was out in L.A. She’s in New York," Rodriguez said on "The Breakfast Club" morning show on New York's 105.1 FM. "She says, ‘Baby, I’m going to the strip club.’ I said, ‘Whoa! I’ll be there on Thursday. We can go Thursday and Friday."

"I mean, it’s part of due diligence, right?”

This next quote from A-Rod on how much money he and Lopez would dish out to the strippers is even more absurd:

"We sat down with the girls, and we literally just interrogate them, ask them questions," said the former 14-time All-Star. "Then, we would hit 'em up with $400 or $500 or $600. We weren't there for dancing, we were literally there for work."

Anything to make your girl happy, right?
