VIDEO: Alternate Angle of Nelson Agholor's Poor Attempt at Making Catch is Even More Egregious
By Andy Loughmiller

Philadelphia Eagles fans haven't been pleased with Nelson Agholor's on-field performance thus far in 2019. Agholor's effort is now in question too after seemingly giving up on a deep ball that might have hit him in stride had he been in better position. A new camera angle of the incomplete pass appears to show that the Carson Wentz's throw was even more catchable than we originally thought.

Agholor has claimed that he wasn't in position to dive for the ball.
His teammate and fellow receiver DeSean Jackson has a different take on the play.
Nelson Agholor: “I do not feel I was in position with my stride to leave my feet.” Said he asked DeSean Jackson about it and DeSean told him if he tracked it better, he would’ve caught it.

Agholor's excuse won't go over well with Eagles fans.
The fifth-year receiver has struggled to be a productive pass-catcher for Philly this season. He just hasn't been able to step up in big moments, especially considering the Eagles used a first-round pick on the former Syracuse target. In this case, the highlights won't do him any favors, and you can bet Doug Pederson chewed out the 26-year-old when he saw that on the tape.
