VIDEO: Anthony Rizzo Makes Cubs Fan's Day in Philly With Foul Ball and Then Homers
By Adam Weinrib

Anthony Rizzo can spot one of the Cubbies' faithful from a mile away during road games. Lucky for this fan, he was far closer than that after he squeezed a pop out to end the bottom of the first here on Thursday. One waving woman caught Rizzo's eye, and the slugging first baseman acquiesced to her calls, noticing a blue hat beacon to her right.

Of course, Rizzo then reaped the rewards of his own kindness.
It took until the third inning, but our first baseman made these road confines just as friendly as the home digs with this tater, giving the Cubs a one-run edge, which they would very soon extend.

In fact, there was a lot of damage to be done immediately thereafter. The very next inning, in fact.
