VIDEO: Astros Completely Melt Down After Kurt Suzuki's Go-Ahead Homer and Allow 5 More Runs in 7th

Game 2 of the World Series was all tied up in the seventh inning when Nationals catcher Kurt Suzuki stepped into the batter's box against Astros starter Justin Verlander. Minute Maid Park soon went silent after Suzuki promptly mashed a homer into left field, giving the Nationals a 3-2 lead.

But they weren't even close to being done. They continued to rally and scored FIVE more runs to make it an 8-2 game.

Wow. The Nationals already beat up Gerrit Cole in Game 1, scoring five runs against him in a 5-4 win. Now, they might have a chance to win two consecutive World Series games on the road in Houston before returning to Washington D.C, if the Nationals' bullpen can hold onto the lead.
What a turn of events.
