VIDEO: Athletic Michael Gallup Reception Sets up Ezekiel Elliott Goal-Line Touchdown Rush
By Jerry Trotta
Amari Cooper has logged the majority of headlines among the Dallas Cowboys receiving corps in 2019, and rightfully so, but Michael Gallup has proved to be one of the more reliable No.2 WR options in the NFL. Well, the second-year man out of Colorado State had all of the goods working in the second quarter against the Detroit Lions on Sunday as he pulled off an acrobatic catch to set the Cowboys up with a first-and-goal.
What makes the grab all the more impressive is that Gallup reeled it in in spite of the pass interference call against Detroit.
Gallup's valiant efforts weren't for naught as Ezekiel Elliott made amends for his first-quarter fumble by punching in a goal-line carry to put the Cowboys back on top 17-14.
As easy as you like by Dallas' star RB.
