VIDEO: Auburn Converts on 4th Down With Sal Cannella TD to Tie Minnesota in Outback Bowl
By Jerry Trotta

With Auburn trailing Minnesota 17-10 midway through the second quarter of the Outback Bowl, head coach Gus Malzahn decided to roll the dice a bit, and boy, did it pay off. On a 4th-and-5 from the 38-yard line, signal caller Bo Nix spotted a massive gap in the Golden Gophers' secondary and connected with wideout Sal Cannella, who subsequently waltzed into the end zone to tie things up at 17.
Minnesota just flat out lost Sal Cannella on this 4th and 5.
