VIDEO: Bartolo Colon Announces New 'Big Sexy' Memoir on Instagram

Bartolo Colon is truly the gift that keeps on giving. The former four-time All-Star took to Instagram on Wednesday, while ironically on a treadmill no less, to announce that he will soon be releasing a self-published memoir of his 23-year career in the MLB. And yes, in case you were wondering, the 46-year-old is coining the title of his book the nickname that supported his surge as one of baseball's national treasures: "Big Sexy."

We know what you're thinking: why on earth is Colon making this announcement on a treadmill? Folks, it authentically summarizes his bewitching personality. We wouldn't expect anything less from the living legend.

Also, has Big Bart lost some weight? Maybe his jersey tacked on a few pounds, but the 46-year-old is definitely looking thinner.
