VIDEO: Bears Could've Completed Miracle Last-Second Lateral if Jesper Horsted Saw Allen Robinson
By Michael Luciano

The Chicago Bears were THIS close to tying the Green Bay Packers on a crazy lateral play at the end of the game. Unfortunately, Bears tight end Jesper Horsted's inability to see a wide open Allen Robinson cost Chicago a chance to tie the game. Horsted was running near the eight yard line after grabbing a lateral from Mitch Trubisky, but was tackled before he could pitch it to Robinson, giving Aaron Rodgers and the Packers a 21-13 win.

After a Hail Mary attempt went through the finger tips of Riley Ridley, the Bears tried a last-ditch lateral play in order to try to get within striking distance of the Packers, trailing by eight points.

While Cohen and Trubisky were both able to extend the play, Horsted was dragged to the floor before he could spot the wide-open Robinson. Had they been able to connect, there's a real chance A-Rob would've waltzed into the end zone.
