We hate to bring back the immortal and tainted memory but the city of Chicago is nearly six months removed from Cody Parkey's heinous double-doink off the uprights in the NFC Wild Card Game against the Eagles that sent their beloved Bears packing. If the disturbing aftermath was any indication, it was that the franchise would be sporting a new kicker come next season. Well, it would appear that the organization has finally found their man as Eddy Pineiro nailed a 63-yard field goal during Sunday's training camp practice.

Listen, Windy City. We urge and plead you to not expect the 23-year-old to personify the likes of Pro-Bowlers Justin Tucker or Greg Zuerlein, but there is absolutely reason to be somewhat-optimistic here.
