VIDEO: Benches Clear in Cubs-Cardinals After Yadier Molina Freaks Out Over Cole Hamels Inside Pitch
By Ryan Flores

The regular season may be almost over, but that doesn't mean we don't have time for one last fight on the field. The Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals both cleared the benches after Cole Hamels delivered a pitch that grazed Yadier Molina, who took exception to it for whatever reason.

The two got into a verbal exchange, which prompted Molina to approach the mound. Hamels clearly wasn't having any nonsense from Yadi, and the two started to go at it.
What's peculiar is that Molina wasn't even drilled, and yet he was this upset.

Both teams already have their fates sealed, with the Cards heading to the playoffs and the Cubs watching from home. However, that doesn't mean the division rivals won't play against each other with incredible fire.
Then again, this seems like an awfully weak move from Molina. There was no need for him to cause this big of a scene. But we can't really rule anything out when it's Cubs vs. Cardinals.
