VIDEO: Bill Belichick Actually Tried to Escape Bill O'Brien After Patriots-Texans

If getting embarrassed by the Texans on primetime television wasn't bad enough for Patriots coach Bill Belichick, he also had a super awkward moment with one of his apprentices captured on camera. It happened right after the game, as Texans head coach Bill O'Brien went up to shake hands with Belichick. Except, Bill didn't seem all that interested in greeting his former disciple, as he practically went out of his way to avoid O'Brien, and ended up giving him a dinky little hand shake.

That's one way to handle an L.

It really looked like Belichick was trying to avoid shaking hands with O'Brien, but got caught at the last moment before he could escape to the locker room.

This was O'Brien's first win against his former mentor, so perhaps Belichick was ashamed to lose so badly to someone he viewed as his inferior.

As you could tell in his postgame interview, Belichick was not pleased with the performance of his team on Sunday night.

Regardless of emotion, it was a pretty classless move for Belichick to effectively brush aside his former disciple in the aftermath of the game.
