VIDEO: Blue Jays Prospect TJ Zeuch Throws a No-Hitter Against Rochester

The Blue Jays farm system is the gift that keeps on giving for Toronto. In his Monday night start for Buffalo, Jays No. 17 prospect TJ Zeuch delivered a no-hitter against Rochester. He's the first Bisons player to do that since Bartolo Colon back in 1997.

The former Pitt Panther was electric throughout the game, but his chance at history was very nearly stolen for him, were it not for the heroics of center fielder Jonathan Davis, who made a diving catch on a sinking liner.

No-hitters are a rarity in the minor leagues, especially for prospects the caliber of Zeuch, as the Jays certainly wouldn't want to risk injury to one of the better young pitchers in their system. Yet, Buffalo allowed Zeuch to throw an astounding 114 pitches, which included just three strikeouts.

Zeuch likely owes his fielders (especially Davis) a beer after this outing.
