VIDEO: Brad Marchand Puts Bruins on Top in Game 6 With Absolute Laser of a Goal
By Michael Luciano

Don't tell Brad Marchand and the Boston Bruins the odds. Despite the fact that one more loss means that they're out and the St. Louis Blues are the 2019 Stanley Cup Champions, Marchand and company aren't backing down. It was in fact the Bruins who fired the first salvo in Game 6, with Marchand drilling a one-timer past Blues goalie Jordan Binnington on a power play to give Boston a 1-0 lead.

Marchand's ninth goal of the playoffs was an absolute beauty, leaving the Blues facing an uphill battle against a Bruins squad that can and will knock you around on the defensive end.
That right there is a prime example of what veteran leadership can do for a team. On the road in an elimination game against a rowdy crowd and a motivated St. Louis team, Marchand kept his cool and slotted it home.

As they so often are, Game 6 of this series is going to be a total dogfight and a 60 minute battle of wills.
