By Scott Rogust

Atlanta Braves fans received a scare back in early April when Hall of Fame manager Bobby Cox was hospitalized after suffering a severe stroke. Two months after the incident, Cox sat with Atlanta's local FOX affiliate for a recorded interview. Despite having to rehabilitate, Cox said he hasn't missed one Braves game this season, and even praised rising ace Mike Soroka.

During the interview, his family mentioned that Cox had struggled and experience some complications after suffering the significant stroke.
Despite those struggles, Cox's family and caretakers feel that the former Braves skipper has improved tremendously. Cox is so ambitious that he plans on being at Cooperstown for the league's annual Hall of Fame festivities this summer.
