VIDEO: Brewers' Jeremy Jeffress Somehow Catches a Screaming Line Drive That Nearly Took His Head Off
By Sean Facey

Jeremy Jeffress is a great reliever, but he's an even better acrobat. The Milwaukee Brewers reliever made an absolutely ridiculous catch on a screaming line drive off the bat of Twins' catcher Willians Astudillo that nearly took his head off.
OHH MY GOODNESS JEREMY JEFFRESS! What a catch...hopefully the @brewers pitcher is okay. pic.twitter.com/lHKzbKhIny

That catch may have just proved that we're all living inside the Matrix. Even Neo would have been impressed with that.
It's unbelievable. He might not have even seen the ball coming.
Adding to the near-mythic nature of the catch is the fact that he probably saved a run. If that ball makes it through (or heaven forbid, gets a piece of him), that runner on second base is at least going to force a play at the plate. Hats off to Jeffress for an unbelievably good catch.
