VIDEO: Broncos' Royce Freeman Bursts Through the Gap and Breaks Away for 50-Yard Gain
By Scott Rogust
Royce Freeman entered the Mile High City with high expectations last season for the Denver Broncos, but was overshadowed by undrafted rookie Phillip Lindsay. But don't count out Freeman just yet. During Denver's preseason opener against the Seattle Seahawks, the former Oregon Duck found an opening through the offensive line, and bolted for a huge 50-yard gain.
Impressive speed from Freeman there.
Freeman will still have to fight for touches in Denver, but he's looking to make a bigger impact in 2019 as a sophomore in the league. This run is a great place to start.
