VIDEO: Browns Fan Falls off Top of Van During Tailgate in Terrifying Moment

We don't have to describe the sheer beauty of football fans around the country tailgating in celebration of the NFL's long-awaited return. However, what recently transpired on Sunday at a Cleveland Browns pre-game party is genuinely difficult to watch. A fan was standing atop a van when he appeared to lose track of his surroundings and came crashing to the ground. WARNING: it was a nasty-looking landing as the man unfortunately had nothing to brace his fall.

Horrific. The clip cut off before it was possible to determine if the man was OK, so we can only cross our fingers.
Per news outlet, Cleveland 19, the man was ultimately taken to a local hospital to undergo further tests and was seen with a pretty significant gash on his head. The good news is that he was reportedly responsive while being treated at the scene.
