VIDEO: Calias Campbell Called for BS Roughing the Passer Penalty

The Jacksonville Jaguars, specifically defensive end Calais Campbell, found themselves the victim of some truly outrageously inept officiating against the Houston Texans over in London. Campbell managed to wrestle Texans QB Deshaun Watson to the ground after a short gain, but was called for a roughing the passer penalty after officials claimed he led with his helmet. The only problem with that is the fact that Campbell didn't make contact with his helmet, he only hit Watson with his forearm.

Campbell has every right to be totally irate, as the Texans ended up getting three points out of this drive thanks to a 15-yard penalty.
