This play will show you why it's so important for MLB players to hustle. St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Paul DeJong hit a squibbler that started out in foul territory, but the english on that baby shot it right back into play and the San Francisco Giants had absolutely no way of defending it.

Since DeJong was running all the way, he was able to beat Giants pitcher Dereck Rodríguez to the base and was credited with a single.
