VIDEO: Carlton Davis Gets Ejected After Vicious Helmet-to-Helmet Hit on Jared Cook

I understand that it's a rivalry game, but Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Carlton Davis might have been just a little too amped up. When New Orleans Saints tight end Jared Cook was targeted by Jameis Winston over the middle, Davis left his feet and speared Cook right in the side of the head. This was a clear and obvious penalty, and Davis was promptly ejected.

Even the most diehard Tampa Bay fan out there would find it difficult to argue against the refs deciding to throw Davis, who was playing very well to this point, out of this ballgame.

Major shoutout to Cook, however, who was back up on his feet within seconds after taking the brutal hit to the head.
