VIDEO: Chael Sonnen Reveals to Ariel Helwani That He Has No Idea What 'Chutzpah' Means
By Max Scoli

MMA fighter Chael Sonnen was doing a regular interview with Ariel Helwani when an interesting word was uttered by the Canadian journalist. Sonnen couldn't help but clarify in a hilarious back-and-forth between the two personalities.
Today Chael learned a new word. A legendary word:

In case you are unfamiliar with the word yourself, "Chutzpah" is defined by the Merriam-Webster Dictionary as "supreme self-confidence." Sonnen embodied every bit of the term, often showing no fear when he enters the Octagon.
He was knocked out in the first round of his last fight against Fedor Emelianenko in the semifinals of the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix, but we have not seen the last of "The American Gangster."
Sonnen will have a chance for redemption at "The World's Most Famous Arena" when he competes against Lyoto Machida on June 14th in Madison Square Garden.

If Sonnen wants to bounce back, he is going to have to harness all the "Chutzpah" he can to defeat the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion. At least now he nows what the word actually means so he can figure out how to do that before the fight.
