VIDEO: Chiefs Trainer Clearly Popped Patrick Mahomes' Dislocated Kneecap Back Into Place During Game
During the Chiefs' dominant win over the Denver Broncos on Thursday night, panic took over for fans when they saw Patrick Mahomes go down with a knee injury. It's since been diagnosed as a dislocated kneecap, one which was clearly put back into place while he was still laying on the turf. Goodness me:
Yup, acting like it was no big deal, the trainer seriously just did that. Mahomes' knee might be the most important thing to Kansas City since BBQ was invented.
While Mahomes is expected to miss some time, Andy Reid and Co. are certainly thankful there was no damage to his ACL. This injury could have been far worse than what many initially thought it was.
On the season, the second-year starter has been sensational once again, tossing for 2,180 yards, 15 touchdowns and only one interception. KC can't afford to lose him for long.
