VIDEO: Clayton Kershaw Makes Jorge Polanco Looks Foolish With Filthy Curveball in All-Star Game
By Michael Luciano
Even if he's not the most feared starter in baseball anymore, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw remains as un-hittable as anyone when he's on. Kershaw let up a run in the 2019 All-Star Game in Cleveland, but also managed to uncork a wild 12-6 curveball that made Minnesota Twins shortstop Jorge Polanco, a .312 hitter, look like a little leaguer.
While Kershaw embarrassed Polanco, the NL still trails the AL 1-0 thanks to Alex Bregman and Michael Brantley. It looks like Kershaw can't escape getting hit by the Astros, even in the All-Star game.
Hopefully Alex Cora keeps Polanco in the game and he gets another at-bat. You can't let someone look like a fool in what could be their only time up to bat in the All-Star game.
