VIDEO: Colin Cowherd Responds After Being Called Out by Baker Mayfield and Odell Beckham Jr.

During his show on Thursday, on-air personality Colin Cowherd was pretty critical of Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Cowherd listed his top-10 memorable OBJ moments, and nine of them didn't have anything to do with his production on the field. The led Beckham and his new quarterback, Baker Mayfield, to blast Cowherd on social media (Baker, for one, seems to always leap at that chance). As you would figure, Cowherd responded to the criticism after being called out.

During his soliloquy, Cowherd mentioned how he didn't sleep well because of this. I'm sure that didn't happen and he's completely fine. This isn't the first time athletes have trashed him on social media, of course.

He also sent an invitation to come on his show anytime to talk about what's on their mind. Yeah, that's not happening, right?

The funny thing about this is OBJ and Baker did exactly what Cowherd said and probably expected. Instead of focusing on football and preparing for a season that will have lofty expectations, they are spending time caring about what a talking head has to say about them.

You don't have to like Cowherd to realize that he wasn't entirely in the wrong about his criticism of either player, whether it matters on the field or not. It should be very interesting to see what the Browns do this season, as well as observe all the drama that will go with it.
