VIDEO: Colts Fan Shamefully Burns Andrew Luck Jersey After Surprising Retirement Announcement
By Mark Powell

None of us really knew how to react to Andrew Luck's retirement announcement on Saturday night, but surely this is the exact wrong way to do so. In the aftermath of Luck's decision, some Colts fans opted to boo their longtime signal-caller as he left the field at Lucas Oil Stadium. One fan took it a step further, even burning Luck's jersey and posting a video on social media.
Some #Colts fans took Luck's jersey during the game, with him still on the sidelines. While others decided to burn his jersey.

Luck retired because his body was too beat up to play any further, he gave his body to those fans, what is wrong with people? pic.twitter.com/bKPSMQUrPU
We can't stress this enough--you're doing sports wrong.
Luck retiring is definitely a disappointment to Colts and NFL fans alike, but after he cited his own mental well-being and inability to stay healthy as his reasoning, how can you even argue with his thought process? To take things a step further, disrespecting the 29-year-old by burning his jersey and bragging about it on social media is a complete and utter shame.

Luck is respected by his peers, who certainly understand to sacrifice the Colts QB made on a weekly basis throughout his career which led to this decision. Some fans, meanwhile, ought to listen to them.
