Chicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez is one of the best in the MLB on both sides of the ball. After smacking a home run in Monday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates, Baez is now displaying how great he is in the field on Tuesday night with this play to rob Pittsburgh of a hit.

Baez was selected as an NL All-Star starter for a reason, and this play demonstrates exactly why. The ball off Pirates third baseman Colin Moran looked like it was going to shoot into left field before El Mago came out of nowhere to keep the bases empty.
