VIDEO: Cubs Rally From 5 Down to Take Lead Over Braves as Jason Heyward and Victor Caratini Deliver

The Chicago Cubs were staring down the barrel of a four-game series loss to the Atlanta Braves after going down 6-1 early on, but that didn't deter Joe Maddon's club in the slightest. They got after Braves starter Bryse Wilson, and then did damage to Atlanta's bullpen. Jason Heyward added his 3rd RBI of the day on this clutch triple.

That one tied it up at 6-6.
Not long after, Victor Caratini sent one into the seats to give the Cubs an 8-6 lead.

Before that, Heyward had driven in 2 with a single and Anthony Rizzo added another with a double.
We could very well see Craig Kimbrel today given how close this one has gotten down the stretch. Could a second former Brave end up hurting Atlanta this afternoon at Wrigley?
