The fans in Atlanta have got to like this 2019 version of Dansby Swanson. The former No. 1 overall pick entered the year known more for his slick glove work at shortstop for the Braves than anything special at the plate, but he's put on a nice power surge in the current campaign. Check him out acing one out of the building in a hurry to make it a three-run lead over the visiting Tigers:

Swanson now has 11 dingers on the year after hitting just 14 all of last season across 136 games. You can never have too much power in today's MLB, and if the Atlanta shortstop's bat can keep producing at this level, that could make a real difference in the race for the NL East title.
