VIDEO: David Ortiz Spikes Frank Thomas' Drink on FOX MLB Pregame and His Reaction is Priceless

The FOX MLB crew was busy on Thursday night, as they covered Game 5 of the ALDS between the Houston Astros and Tampa Bay Rays. Given the important nature of the day, David Ortiz decided to give fellow analyst Frank Thomas a little pick-me-up. When Thomas wasn't looking, Ortiz grabbed his water bottle and proceeded to pour Tito's vodka into his drink. Cameras caught Thomas' reaction to realizing his drink was spiked, and it was priceless.

The slow motion makes it that much greater. Did anyone notice how long it took for Thomas to notice his drink was doused in alcohol?
As Ortiz comically said, he was getting the party started early. We imagine there's plenty of Tito's going around, as the Astros defeated the Rays 6-1.

If Thomas wasn't awake before, he certainly got a second wind that even the strongest coffee couldn't provide, and it's all thanks to Big Papi.
