Derrick Rose's most recent return to Chicago was bound to come with some mixed emotions, per usual. Rose was considered an all-worldly talent until injuries derailed his career. While the veteran point guard is still a productive member of any NBA team, and even revitalized his scoring punch in Minnesota last season, Bulls fans remember exactly how explosive the Memphis product was when he entered the league.

Rose will forever be an icon in the Windy City, despite the fact he now plays for the rival Pistons. Moments like these will be forever cherished by the 31-year-old.
At this point in his career, Rose is a journeyman, contributing important minutes off the bench for the Pistons behind the likes of Reggie Jackson. Perhaps a return to Chicago full-time could be in the near future. Consider that a fitting end to a tumultuous career.
