VIDEO: Didi Gregorius Extends Yankees Incredible Home Run Streak With Bomb in 8th Inning

London has not been kind to the Boston Red Sox. After giving up 17 runs in a loss to the rival Yankees on Saturday, New York put up double-digits yet again on Sunday thanks to a 9-spot in the seventh inning. In the eighth, Didi Gregorius added one more for good measure, and extended a remarkable Yankees streak in the process.

This now marks 31 straight games for the Yankees with a home run, an incredible mark which was surprisingly in doubt despite the impressive offensive output from the Bronx Bombers on Sunday. Thankfully, the Boston bullpen offered plenty of support.
