VIDEO: DJ LeMahieu, Luke Voit and Gio Urshela Clock Solo Home Runs off Padres' Chris Paddack
By Parker White

The New York Yankees were in for a big test Wednesday afternoon in the Bronx, as San Diego's Chris Paddack was toeing the mound and looking to dominate. But it didn't go the way the cowboy was expecting and it started with leadoff man DJ LeMahieu in the first inning, who went bridge to give the Yankees a quick 1-0 lead.

LeMahieu could barely sit down on the bench before his teammate Luke Voit took a fastball center cut and deposited it over the left field fence, giving James Paxton and Co. an early cushion.
Not only had Paddack been unhittable for the Padres this season, but right-handed hitters weren't doing anything against him, allowing zero homers to right-handed hitters. That was until the first inning today.
Oh yeah, and then he ran into Gio Urshela.
