VIDEO: Dodgers' Matt Beaty Dives Into Stands for Foul Ball and Gets Covered in Ketchup and Mustard
By Scott Rogust
Everyone can relate to getting your clothes ruined by condiments, particularly given that we're just coming off Memorial Day Weekend. Well, Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Matt Beaty can do so as well. During Wednesday night's game between the Dodgers and New York Mets, Beaty went after an Amed Rosario foul ball that flew into the stands down the first base line. Beaty missed out on the catch, but instead ended up with ketchup and mustard splattered all over his pants after landing atop of someone's snack.
Not the consolation prize you'd expect after missing out on a foul ball.
Beaty expected to get his uniform dirty, but not like this.
