VIDEO: Dodgers Superfan Planning Class Action Lawsuit Against Astros Over Cheating Scandal
By Sam Dunn

If you're the Los Angeles Dodgers, you might just feel like the MLB's cheating epidemic stiffed you out of two straight World Series titles. The 2017 Astros have been severely punished for stealing opposing teams' signs during their championship season, and the league is currently investigating the 2018 Red Sox for doing the same. The Dodgers happened to lose to both of those teams in the Fall Classic in back-to-back years, maddeningly enough. And that has LA superfan Jose Lara, aka "Blue Beard," absolutely smarting.
"We're looking for an attorney," a #Dodgers fan tells @ericspillman in reaction to the Astros cheating scandal. He cited losses that include money paid for parking, Dodger dogs, and beer https://t.co/GieT6RlMFL pic.twitter.com/Zeyxstam2U

Yes, Lara is actually thinking about a class action lawsuit against the Astros for all the money he sank into supporting the Dodgers in their losing effort two seasons ago.
As Lara said to local TV station KTLA, he and a number of his friends are planning to seek compensatory damages from the Astros to make up for all the costs they incurred during that "doomed" 2017 season.

The Dodgers pushed the Astros to the brink two seasons ago, falling just short of champiobship glory in a hard-fought seven-game series. To hear Blue Beard tell it, LA would have won the whole thing if not for the Astros' trash can bangings.
He's welcome to try to prove that in a court of law.
