VIDEO: Eagles Strip Sack of Aaron Rodgers Leads to Jordan Howard TD Run
By Scott Rogust
The Philadelphia Eagles have completely flipped the scripts on Thursday night. Once trailing to the Green Bay Packers, the Eagles found themselves on top 14-13. With Green Bay threatening, Eagles defensive end Derek Barnett ran behind quarterback Aaron Rodgers and swiped the ball out of his hands for a fumble, officially putting Philadelphia in scoring territory following a heads-up recovery.
The Eagles capitalized on the error from Green Bay and used it to their advantage, as they extended their lead to 21-13 thanks to a Jordan Howard one-yard rushing touchdown.
The Eagles are the epitome of a resilient team, and they showed that in the first half of Thursday Night Football.
