The Boston Red Sox entered the eighth inning with a narrow lead over the Kansas City Royals needing some insurance to avoid a potential late-inning collapse. Thanks to Eduardo Nunez, the bullpen will be able to breathe for the next six outs. He went yard for a pinch-hit three-run homer.

There it goes! That's a 6-2 lead for Boston as they look to rebound after dropping back-to-back series against the Yankees and Indians. If this holds, they'll be off to a good start in Kansas City.
