VIDEO: Eloy Jimenez Crushes 16th Homer of the Season in Crosstown Rivalry Matchup
By Michael Luciano

How is Jose Quintana treating you, Cubs fans? Eloy Jimenez once again burned his former club in a matchup between the two Chicago teams, as the White Sox outfielder put the South Siders up 2-0 with his 16th home run of the year. Jimenez took Cubs starter Kyle Hendricks 438 feet to dead center.

When these two teams met at Wrigley Field, Jimenez famously blasted a ball into the stratosphere in what would eventually end up a White Sox win.
With this home run, Jimenez became the first player since 2014 to homer at Wrigley Field and Guaranteed Rate Field in Cubs-White Sox matchups.

While Jimenez keeps launching baseballs out of the stadium, Quintana has logged a 4.00 ERA in 64 games as a Cub. Lately, the White Sox are looking like the big winners in that trade.
