VIDEO: Eloy Jimenez Exits Game After Painfully Colliding With Charlie Tilson in Outfield
By Brian Cass

Communication is key when playing in the outfield, and a lack of it may just have resulted in injury to Chicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez. The young star was calling for a ball in left-center field but failed to communicate with fellow outfielder Charlie Tilson, and the pair collided, resulting in Jimenez going down in pain.

Tilson was able to avoid to full-on collision with Jimenez here, but it appears that he nipped his teammate's elbow, despite making the catch. With Jimenez clearly in a good bit of pain, the White Sox will certainly perform x-rays on him to see how bad the injury is.
The club diagnosed Jimenez with right elbow soreness and he will undergo an MRI Tuesday night.
