VIDEO: Eric Mangini Owns Rob Parker Over His Ridiculous Tom Brady Bashing
By Scott Rogust
If you remember back to the early "First Take" days, Rob Parker once preached his belief that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was finished and would never make it back to a Super Bowl following their loss to the New York Giants in 2012. Since then, Brady's won three Super Bowls and an NFL MVP award, but Parker hasn't given up his quest to foolishly diminish him just yet. Filling in on Fox's "Undisputed," Parker once again criticized Brady's intention of playing until he's 45, but former coach Eric Mangini was not standing for it.
Mangini called out Parker for being "inconsistent" with his takes. He brought up that in the previous segment, Parker had claimed that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott's stats didn't matter while attempting to compare him to Carson Wentz of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Then, as soon as the very next topic arose, Parker brought up Brady's statistics, stressing his belief that Brady is in decline. Alrighty then.
Mangini had enough of "Inconsistent" Rob Parker's continuous attempts to put an asterisk on Tom Brady's legacy, and he made that known with an epic mic drop.
