VIDEO: Falcons Spotted Doing Complete Nonsense Drill at Latest Practice
By Parker White

I understand teams getting creative with their practice habits, and spicing things up with something new from time to time. However, can someone tell me what players for the Atlanta Falcons are doing here?

So, you had players jumping over other players? A ton of players kicking and stomping around one specific man, lying prone on the ground? One accidental stomp to the sternum, and I bet that would end pretty quick.
Matt Ryan, DNP. Good call.
I know JV teams that practice more physical than the Falcons. #TheFalconsRSoft Mike Smith voice

Under the NFL's CBA, practices and offseason work are less strenuous and a lot less demanding. But this takes it to another level. High school practices are more physical than that, and I doubt most high schoolers spend their time doing that hilariously absurd drill.
With this brief peek inside whatever goes on under Dan Quinn's leadership umbrella, is it any wonder the incredibly talented Falcons are 1-7? 28-3 broke this team's collective brain. Why are these stompers still a league-sanctioned franchise?
