VIDEO: Federal Hockey League Coach Goes on NSFW Tirade Against Anthem Protesters
By Brendan Azoff

Hockey is a game that has the highest rate of traditionalists. Players, coaches and hardcore fans don't like change, and are continually striving to keep the physical integrity of the game in tact. A head coach in the Federal League stuck to this code and made sure his players knew that if they protested the National Anthem, they would be packing their gear and leaving.

The coach clearly cares about the country, and wants his team to focus more on taking care of things on the ice than the political drama which seems to surround sports today. Of course, this video has taken Twitter by storm, especially with the coach calling out women's soccer and the NFL.

Other people are more taken aback by the comments:
He clearly does not understand what the movement is about. Him and others like him need to pack their belongings and leave right now.

At a time where politics and sports seem to be at each other's throats, hockey has been the one sport that has stayed relatively quiet on the matter. This coach's rant would like his players to follow that trend.
