VIDEO: Felipe Vazquez Arrives at His Arraignment Hearing With Hands and Feet Cuffed

The situation involving Felipe Vazquez is truly hard to follow given the sensitive topic, but it appears as if justice is going to be served given how it's played out thus far. Vazquez was seen with cuffs around his hands and feet while being escorted by two police officers to his arraignment hearing on Wednesday.

Reporters asked Vazquez if he had comments regarding his situation, but the 28-year-old unsurprisingly declined to speak.
The arraignment comes after Vazquez was transferred to Westmoreland County Prison from Allegheny County Jail on Monday.

During the arraignment process, District Judge Moore is expected to address bond for Vazquez. The former Pirate was denied bond in Allegheny County, and the same fate is expected in Westmoreland.
Vazquez was arrested last week in Pittsburgh on charges of computer pornography, solicitation of a child, and providing obscene materials to a minor. He also admitted to attempting to have sex with a 13-year-old girl.
MLB placed Vazquez on administrative leave while the legal process runs its course, but the lefty's career is most likely over.
