Kobe Bryant's tragic death is bringing out a lot of memories and stories from the legend's life. The latest comes in the form of a video showing a 15-year-old Kobe taking place in a dunk contest, which was believed to be his first ever. Those in attendance likely talked about the event for years and the footage should give every basketball fan chills.

Even at the young age of 15, you could tell Kobe was destined for greatness.

The Lower Merion High School product was throwing down highlight-reel dunks in 1994, and would even go on to win the NBA Dunk Contest in 1997.
