VIDEO: Freddie Freeman Rips Solo Shot as Braves Tie it up Against Marlins
By Scott Rogust
The Atlanta Braves have had an eventful Tuesday night against the Miami Marlins. Early on, Braves manager Brian Snitker was ejected after Ronald Acuña Jr. was plunked by Elieser Hernandez on the very first pitch of the game. After that, the Marlins held onto a narrow 1-0 lead over the NL East division leaders. That all changed in the bottom of the fourth inning, as Freddie Freeman launched a solo home run to left field to tie things up.
That was Freeman's 32nd homer of the season, and in turn, helped wake the Braves up against the lowly Marlins.
The Braves are looking to claim their 75th win of the season and further extend their NL East lead.
