Do you ever get so mad that you just want to throw something? That happens quite a bit in baseball, as it's a long season that features so many ups and downs, to the point where sometimes you just snap. Well, that happened to New York Yankees outfielder Brett Gardner, leading to him chucking his helmet in the dugout. It didn't end up going too well for the veteran.

Yup, the helmet crashed against the wall and it came flying back and hit the Yankee veteran in the face. Well done, Brett.
Everyone loves a good meltdown in the dugout, but Gardner's may just take the cake, as he embarrassingly caused more harm to himself than the helmet. Not only did he get plunked in the face by his own helmet, he has a bloody lip because it. Gardner is taking L's all over the place.
